Finished [info]sabriela's scarf just in time for her delightful party ("In the Winter Dark") last night. Here are some photos for the
benefit of the -- thanks for all the inspiration! I wove the initials directly into the pattern rather than using the duplicate stitch suggested.

Nice work. I need to learn intarsia or fair isle so I can work with multiple colors (other than stripes). I also really like the new HP scarves.

The lab dino is wearing my scarf! It would have been funny if you'd put it on the Quidditch Harry you have in the lab. He would surely have come to life out of indignation and disgust. Have I mentioned that I love this scarf?

We'll take another photo next time you swing by, when you return from your Weeks of Excitement. I'll tell Harry about it -- I'm sure he'll be very enthused.

my Gryffindor Monster, which is really more of a burgundy colour in person. the camera's flash makes it photograph very red.

I have so much leftover yarn I made a hat to match. It is my first hat and I think I may redo it as I did sloppy increases all around it.

Your photos do not seem to be showing up...
I am starting on a Gryffindor house scarf, and I am eagerly looking for other people's similar projects! If you could post them again it would be super cool. Have you done any others since then? Thanks!

I transferred ISPs and lost the on-line photos. Email me at drealle - livejournal.com and I'll email you my photos. It took me a long time, and I haven't done any more since.
